This website is hosted by Vercel, server location Frankfurt (fra1, EU). No US server location for visitor data. DPA concluded with Vercel. Note: Vercel Inc. is a US company; the residual risk of government access under the US CLOUD Act is minimised by fra1 + SCC, but cannot be fully excluded.
Only with your consent
We use Google Analytics for anonymised audience measurement — exclusively after active consent via the cookie banner. If you decline or do not decide, no cookies are set and no data is sent to Google. IP addresses are anonymised. Consent can be withdrawn at any time via the "Cookie settings" link in the footer.
Locally hosted
All fonts are stored locally (Inter via @fontsource). No requests to Google Fonts or other external CDNs.
No form, email only
We deliberately do without a web contact form. Instead we publish structured email addresses (office@caie.at, verwaltung@caie.at). No additional processors, no tracking, no captcha. Email delivery via Brevo SMTP (EU provider, DPA in place).
Indexing yes, training no
We permit AI search engines to index our content for citation purposes (GPTBot, ClaudeBot, PerplexityBot, Google-Extended). Training AI models on our content is prohibited without express permission (CCBot, anthropic-ai, Bytespider, FacebookBot disallowed via robots.txt). Legal basis: reservation of use pursuant to §42h Austrian Copyright Act. Note: robots.txt is a legally recognised opt-out signal, not a technical block — unauthorised training violates the law, not the protocol.
AI tools in our work
We use AI tools internally for research, drafting, and analysis. All published texts are written or substantially edited by human authors. No AI-generated text without human oversight.
